3- Press 0 and 0

4- Press the Stop button

5- Press 0 and 1

6- Then press the arrow down/up button to find CLEAR DATA and OK (for Enter).

7- CLEAR DATA, press the arrow down/up button to find TOTAL CLEAR, press OK and then choose YES and press OK and OK

8- Then press the Back button, find MEMORY CLEAR, press OK, and then choose YES and press OK and OK

9- Then press the Back button until the home screen, end the end turn off and turn on the printer to restart it.
